Yesterday’s post-training meal at Triplatta.

On this day, we prepared mapo tofu that is also served to SHIBUYA CITY FC players, adjusted with a milder spice level so that the children could enjoy it as well.

【Mapo Tofu】

Made with reduced spiciness to make it more kid-friendly.

【Side Dishes】

・Chinese-style marinated cucumbers

・Carrot râpée

【Soup】

・Wakame seaweed and onion soup

This time, most of the children left the carrot râpée uneaten.

It’s not just about “wanting children to eat vegetables,”

but about thinking how we can make them feel “this is delicious!” and want to eat it naturally.

We will continue to explore ways to make carrots easier to enjoy, through seasoning and cooking methods that suit children’s tastes.

Not only the outcome of “they ate it,”

but also the voices of “this was not my favorite” are important clues.

By learning from every meal,

we will keep creating food that is enjoyable to eat and supports strong, healthy growth.

Eating is also part of training.
