🌱 ハチドリ高校生スタッフの取り組み

ハチドリの高校生スタッフとお母様が、

取り組んでいる活動があります。

ハチドリから出る生ごみを、

つながる菜園さんの取り組みに活用していただき、

渋谷スポーツセンター内にあるコンポストで、

土づくりにつなげています🌱

そして今回は、

「代々木中学 土作りプロジェクト」にも協力。

捨ててしまえば「ごみ」になるものも、

土に還り、野菜を育てる力になる。

そんな循環を、少しずつでも作っていけたらと思っています🍀

ハチドリも、これからも地域の皆さんと一緒に、

未来につながる取り組みを続けていきます。

🌱 A Project Led by Hachidori’s High School Staff

Our high school staff members at Hachidori are taking part in an initiative to make better use of food waste from the café.

The food scraps generated at Hachidori are collected through the Tsunagaru Saien initiative and used in a composting project at Shibuya Sports Center, helping turn food waste into valuable soil. 🌱

This time, we are also supporting the Yoyogi Junior High School Soil-Making Project.

What might otherwise be thrown away as “waste” can return to the soil and become nourishment for growing vegetables.

We hope to create this kind of cycle, little by little. 🍀

At Hachidori, we will continue working together with our local community to create initiatives that connect food, people, and the future.
